Depending on the event, your Premium Fan Package will either be shipped to your home in advance or handed over at the venue. We’ll inform you which option applies to your order.
Delivery to your home:
In most cases, your Premium Fan Package will be shipped to you before the event. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Collection at the venue:
For selected events, your Premium Fan Package may be available for collection at the venue, for example at a designated pick-up point. You’ll receive all relevant details by email in advance, including the location, collection times and contact information.
