How do I receive my tickets?

The delivery method depends on the event and ticket type.

For most events, you’ll receive your tickets as e-tickets by email. As soon as they’re available, we’ll send you a message with a download link.

Some events use mobile ticket transfer via the event organiser's official app or ticket portal. In these cases, you'll receive instructions on how to accept and access your tickets. Please note that mobile tickets must be presented in the official app and cannot be printed.

Certain VIP products may require ticket collection at an official accreditation centre. If this applies to your booking, we'll let you know in advance and provide all the necessary details.

In rare cases, tickets are delivered physically. If this applies to your order, we'll inform you in advance.

Good to know:
Since most tickets are delivered digitally, they may be issued shortly before the event. Don't worry, you'll receive your tickets in time for your event.
