After your payment, you’ll receive a Global-Tickets Ticketvoucher by email. This is not your final ticket, but can be used as a placeholder or gift until the tickets are issued.

Your final event tickets will be sent to you as soon as they are released by the event organiser.

Good to know:

• Final ticket allocations are often provided shortly before the event. Unfortunately, we don’t have any influence on this timing.
• You can find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation.
• We’ll keep you updated weekly by email about the status of your tickets.

As soon as we receive your tickets, we’ll send them to you immediately. You’ll then receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant details.

Event tickets are generally excluded from cancellation, as there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Once your order is confirmed, a binding purchase agreement is created.

Depending on the event and situation, we may be able to offer a cancellation for a fee or provide a voucher. Please contact our customer support team with your request. Please fill in our contact form with your cancellation request.

With the Flex Ticket Upgrade, you can cancel your order under more flexible conditions:

• Cancellation up to 28 days before the event
• No reason required
• Refund or voucher, depending on the case

You can redeem your voucher or discount code directly during the booking process.

How it works:

1. Select your tickets or preferred package
2. Go to checkout and follow the order process
3. In step 3, click on “Redeem voucher code”
4. Enter your code – the amount will be applied automatically
5. Complete your booking and get ready for your event

Good to know:

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used for any sports event or travel package in our shop
• The validity of discount codes depends on the specific promotion
• If the voucher value exceeds your order total, the remaining balance can be used for a future booking
• Only one voucher or discount code can be redeemed per order

You can’t choose a specific seat or row when booking. Instead, you select a grandstand or category.

We'll automatically assign your seats within your selected category using our available allocation and years of motorsport experience.

Our travel packages offer a stress-free, all-in-one experience, so you don’t have to organise each part of your trip separately.

As a general guide:

• Departure from the hotel: usually early in the morning, typically between 7:00 and 9:00, depending on the event
• Return transfer: usually 1 to 2 hours after the day's main event has finished

Yes, extending your hotel stay may be possible, depending on availability.

Please contact us via our contact form first so we can check if we can add extra nights to your booking.

If no additional rooms are available through us, you can book extra nights directly with the hotel. In this case, we recommend mentioning your existing booking with TD Entertainment C.V., as the guest list is shared with the hotel shortly before arrival.

VIP or hospitality tickets include premium access, enhanced comfort and exclusive services throughout your race weekend. The exact inclusions vary depending on the package and event.

Most VIP and hospitality experiences include:

• Access to exclusive lounges or terraces with excellent views
• Culinary highlights and high-quality drinks
• Reserved seating and/or premium viewing areas
• Top-class service and entertainment

Depending on the event, your ticket may also include extras such as paddock access, Q&A sessions, meet & greets or behind-the-scenes experiences.

At selected events, the Mavericks-Club by Global-Tickets is our exclusive hospitality concept, created to elevate your race weekend through our passion and expertise in motorsport hospitality.

VIP tickets typically include a selection of high-quality food and drinks, designed to enhance your race weekend experience.

Depending on the event and VIP package, offerings may range from buffet-style catering or light snacks to a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. At selected VIP experiences, an open bar may also be included.

Yes. Electricity is available throughout the Glamping & Camping Village. It is included with all Premium Glamping tents, while a power hookup can be booked as an optional extra for all other accommodation options.

Please note that power outlets are intended for charging small devices such as phones and tablets only. Each pitch has access to one main power outlet. We recommend bringing an extension cable of at least 10 metres to ensure you can easily connect your devices.

Check-in and check-out times depend on the event and location.

In general, check-in is possible from Thursday or Friday, while check-out usually takes place on Sunday or Monday.

Parking regulations may vary depending on the event and location.

At some Global-Tickets Glamping & Camping Villages, you may park your vehicle directly on your pitch, as long as it fits within your allocated space. At other locations, vehicles must be parked in a designated parking area to keep the camping area vehicle-free.

Please note that only specific vehicle types, such as vehicles with rooftop tents, may be exempt from these rules at selected events.
