After your payment, you’ll receive a Global-Tickets Ticketvoucher by email. This is not your final ticket, but can be used as a placeholder or gift until the tickets are issued.
Your final event tickets will be sent to you as soon as they are released by the event organiser.
Good to know:
- Final ticket allocations are often provided shortly before the event. Unfortunately, we don’t have any influence on this timing.
- You can find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation.
- We’ll keep you updated weekly by email about the status of your tickets.
As soon as we receive your tickets, we’ll send them to you immediately. You’ll then receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant details.
