The Flex Travel Upgrade gives you more flexibility when booking a travel package by allowing you to cancel your trip under certain conditions.
With the Flex Travel Upgrade, you can:
- Cancel your booking up to 42 days before the event without giving a reason
- Cancel even after this deadline in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Serious illness or accident
- Complications during pregnancy
- Bereavement in the family
In these cases, you will receive a voucher for the ticket price (excluding service fee).
