It is possible to cancel your Glamping & Camping order before the start of your stay. However, cancellation fees will apply depending on how far in advance you cancel.
Once your order is confirmed, a binding purchase agreement is created.

Cancellation fees may be up to 100% of the booking price, depending on how close to the event you cancel. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Want more flexibility?
With the Flex Travel Upgrade, you can cancel your booking under more flexible conditions:
- Cancellation up to 42 days before the event, no reason required
- Voucher issued for the booking value (excluding service fees)
Even after this period, cancellation may still be possible in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as serious illness or other valid reasons.
