In most cases, payment is due immediately after placing your order to secure your travel package.
Standard payment methods (e.g. credit card, instant bank transfer)
Payment is taken immediately at checkout – simple and secure.
Bank transfer (advance payment)
- Please transfer the full amount within 3 days of placing your order.
- You will receive all payment details by email.
Travel bookings with installment payments
For events more than 3 months in the future, payment can usually be split into two instalments:
- 50% deposit at the time of booking
- Final 50% payment due 3 months before your trip
Both payments are made directly to our travel partner Euro-Travel-Team C.V.
