Your travel documents and tickets are usually sent together by email before the event.
In some cases, you may receive your travel documents first, followed by your tickets shortly afterwards. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance.
All documents are provided shortly before your event (usually at least one week in advance), so you’ll have everything you need for your trip.
